Explanations:
In order to file a WIPO Hague design application, it is not necessary to have a design application or registration before TURKPATENT.
Any number of countries can be selected in the design application.
* The European Union (EM) application covers the 27 member states of the union; Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Czechia (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Cyprus (CY), Croatia (HR), Netherlands (NL), Ireland (IE), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Hungary (HU), Malta (MT), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Greece (GR)
* The UK should be selected separately as they no longer member of European Union.
** To apply in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, Benelux (BX) must be selected. Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba (BQ), Curaçao (CW) and Sint Maarten (Dutch part) (SX) are autonomous regions of the Netherlands and should be selected separately in the application.
*** The OAPI (African Organization for Industrial Property Rights) application covers 17 member countries of the organization; Benin (BJ), Burkina Faso (BF), Chad (TD), Equatorial Guinea (GQ), Côte d’Ivoire (CI), Gabon (GA), Guinea (GN), Guinea-Bissau (GW), Cameroon (CM), Comoros (KM), Congo (CG), Mali (ML), Mauritania (MR), Niger (NE), Central African Republic (CF), Senegal (SN), Togo (TG)
